If Pelosi demanded bipartisan support 4 the bail out, why did she give a partisan attack speech b4 the vote?

She said she didn't want the dems to p it by themselves, so they would not take the blame if the plan failed. Boy that vote of confidence in the plan surely should have swayed the GOP minority!
