Does anyone here have a sleeping bag with a tog rating higher than...?

2.5? Our house is very chilly in winter, so i would like to get a higher tog, Holly is 16mths and such a fidget in her sleep so blankets on top is a no, no!! So if anyone is from UK and knows if they are sold, and where it would be a big help.
