Is my rent normal? Help!?

Okay, I'm 19 and I just moved out of the house for the first time. I share a small house with three roommates (two are in the house and one is in like, her private separate part the house) We all share utilities this month the water bill for me was 53.00. for three months.And Power was like, 80.00 That means that the total water bill for all of of us was over 200.00. and power is just that much higher. Is this normal? It seems very high to be paying over a hundred dollars just for utilities. Maybe I'm just naiive but it seems like alot! And I live in the SC Greenville upstate area, if that has anything to do with it. Thanks for any help!!!
