Missed period 3months, taken 5 preg. tests all neg, 3 days ago very tender almost painful ? what is it?

missed period for 3 months now..taken 5 different preg test all are negative..also i have been having more discharge then usual for the past month or 2..and then jus a few days ago my started to become very tender almost painful to tought.. can u help me?
