Is a witches hat + a wig enough?

i'm going to my friends house for haloween this year- they're having a kiddies party since there's a load of lil ones in her family, then when they go we're going out to scare kids (^.^) and then we're having a movie night :) would wearing a witches hat and a black wig with pink streaks (:D:D) be enough?? im just going to wear normal clothes with it..skinnies, a hoodie/top
