Why do many people want the younger generation wrestlers to get an instant spotlight n greatness?

Because Raw and ECW is getting boring. I think that the old guys need to retire but WWE needs money especially the ratings are going down with this "PG Era" going on. I don't want to see young wrestlers to get rushed into main event instead I still want them to wait and climb to the top. The objective of veterans like Taker, HHH, HBK, Sting and Kurt Angle is to give experience to younger generation. Most people want to see fresh faces in the main event because they are either tired of seeing the same faces every week or they want to see something exciting that was gone since WM20.
