US financial support of Israel's military?

I have to write a report that debates the pro's and con's of the US continuing to be the strongest financial backer of Israel's military. If you choose to answer this question, please give me a website or other source (like a book, magazine, published speech etc) so I can use it as a reference. This is simply for my research paper and it is not for those that wish to use profanity. Anyway, please tell me not only if you are for or against US continuing aid to Israels military, but also give me an in depth answer as to why you feel that way (and please do not forget to give me a reference) This is for a college essay if that helps any.
