Other than Drew Brees, aren't all successful teams built by drafting their Quarterbacks?

Roethlisberger, Rodgers, Brady, Manning, Rivers, Ryan, and the list goes on with teams that have drafted their top tier quarterback. I can't think of an example other than Brees of a free agent QB coming in and making a significant Superbowl upgrade.
