Kenwood CD changer problem?

I have a kdc-c601 cd changer that came with a car i bought. I cant seem to get it to play a cd. Any info or pics on how to load the magazine or what could be wrong is appreciated. It seems to shuffle through the cds but acts like it cant find one. so i know at least that much works....
