I think i got bitten by a milipede...?

i woke up this morning and i found two red circular shapes, one on my leg and one on my back, and it almost looks like one of those things where you heat up a piece of metal and imprint a logo on a horse or something, and then i found a millipede in my bed.... is it a bite or what? and is it harmful? should i treat it with anything?
